Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our product, we are unable to refund a purchase after the transfer of illustration is finalised. Each piece of art is subjective and our illustrator will use her artistic license to develop a product that will hopefully please everyone.   

If you make a purchase but change your mind, please let us know immediately and we will endeavour to offer a refund if our artist is yet to commence the illustration. 

If you are truly unhappy with the level of product delivered, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your requests. 

Our artist will study the images you send through. This is the only visual cue she can take inspiration from, so make sure the pictures you send through perfectly capture the colours and shape of your fleabag.
